If you are using Windows 7/ Windows Vista/ Windows 2008, you can easily extend c drive to unallocated space with MMC Disk Management(START-CONTROL PANEL-ADMINISTRATIVE TOOL-COMPUTER MANAGEMENT-STORAGE-DISK MANAGEMENT).
Because there is no extend volume function in Windows XP Disk Management. Other than reinstall Windows, you can use some Partition Manager Like Easeus Partition manager.
