This error due to low spaces in your Hard Drive
Step-1: Remove Temporary File from START—RUN—%temp%
Step-2: Remove Unnecessary Software.
Step-4: Run chkdsk from command prompt
Step-5: Click on StartAll ProgramsAdministrativeData Source(ODBC) and open the ODBC Data Source
Administrator Window.
– Click on Tracing TAB.
– If Tracing is Turn On the Option stop tracing now will show. Click on the stop tracing now button.
A prompt of start tracing now should show, since the tracing is stopped.
– After stopping the activity, locate the path mentioned in log file path and manually move or delete
